Auction Donation Form

The American Cancer Society’s Lee County Cattle Baron’s Ball, now celebrating its 22nd year, brings together our community for an evening of great food, entertainment, and an outstanding auction—all in support of ending cancer as we know it, for everyone. Thanks to generous partners like you, this event has raised more than $5 million since its inception.

This year’s event will take place Saturday, September 26 at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point, and we are seeking auction item donations to support our mission and enhance the success of our silent and live auctions. Your contribution directly supports local patient services, advocacy efforts, and lifesaving cancer research.

Your donation provides meaningful impact and visibility:

Your name/logo will appear in our event program, and your item will be showcased to 500+ attendees, including many of Lee County’s business and philanthropic leaders.
Your support drives our work to improve the lives of cancer patients and their families in our community and beyond.

To make a donation, please complete the commitment form below and submit your logo or photos of the donation as well as any certificates you have.
